Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the care you give your horses.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pest Control Supplies (from our Grooming or Pest Control Supplies category)
- Used or damaged horse boots (from our Horse Boots or Studs category)
- Custom-fitted items (special order blankets or training aids)
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our equestrian support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)
- Instructions for repacking
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For non-defective items, ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges follow the same shipping methods as original orders
International Returns
For our global equestrian clients (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Customs forms must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and expedite your replacement at no cost.
